NuNaturals Stevia *Giveaway*

Sugar. It's delicious, but I know that it is something that I need to reduce in my diet to be healthy and happy.

Everyone is different, but when I eat excess sugar, the following occurs:

1. I lose self-control. I have a hard time eating just a little of something sweet. Eating sugar makes me crave sugar. It's a vicious cycle.

2. I sleep terribly. I get hot, I toss and turn, and I end up waking up unrested.

3. I get hungry. The glory of the sweet goodness is fantastic at the moment, but it is not satisfying and I usually end up needing something fairly soon.

4. I feel guilty. I know it's not providing my body with the nutrients it needs and eating it in excess is for pure pleasure.

I try to reduce refined sugar in my daily eating as much as possible. I am far from eliminating added sugars completely, but I try. Where I can, I try to eat less sugar or use a healthy sweetener like Stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetener that is much sweeter than sugar and has little effect on blood sugar. This means that a little goes a long way and it doesn't cause the same sort of spikes in blood sugar hunger.

My favorite Stevia is NuNaturals. I was a customer far before they contacted me and offered to have me sample some of their other products. Their stevia products don't contain the bitter aftertaste that I have encountered with other brands. The vanilla stevia is an all-time favorite for me and I take it everywhere.

Yes, even on the plane. 2 fl. oz. means it's allowed on board and I take it because coffee is a requirement on overnight flights. I thought this was abnormal until I saw that Julie keeps it in her bag.

I really love it, but don't take my word for it....

I excited to GIVEAWAY some NuNatural products to some lucky readers!

FOUR winners will each receive a 50 ct. box of NuStevia White Stevia Powder AND a bottle of
NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia Liquid (my personal fav!).
